Early access starts now. We're rolling the upgrade out to a smaller group of participants first, then expanding access over the coming weeks. If your account still looks the same, your upgrade is on its way.
No. Your existing participant account stays exactly where it is. There's nothing to migrate and nothing extra you need to do.
Yes. Your earnings, study applications, and study history all carry over automatically. The platform is new, but your participant account stays exactly as you left it.
That just means your account has not been included in the rollout yet. We're expanding access in waves over the coming weeks, and your existing experience will stay in place until the update reaches you.
The biggest changes are clearer application status, better payment visibility, better-fit study discovery, and a simpler interface built around the information participants care about most. You can still browse paid research studies from the same participant account.
