“Seeking participants for research study”
We see lots of vague titles like this… They tend to attract irrelevant participants to projects!
Before, when our team spotted vague or misleading titles, we reached out to the researcher to suggest changing the title to unblock their fill rate.
After a couple of months of doing this we realized that giving researchers access to title suggestions before their project went live would be more helpful.
And that’s why we’re launching AI Suggestions today.
Introducing AI Suggestions
Our new AI Suggestions feature writes project titles and descriptions for you.
By focusing on pitching your project in a clear, engaging, and tone-appropriate way, AI encourages more relevant participants to apply to the project. Choose from casual, discreet, or professional tones to match the context of your study.
We’ve seen promising early results, too. Projects that use AI-generated titles see 4% more qualified participants than those that don’t, as seen by the 230 published projects that ran through beta testing.
How AI Suggestions work
You’ll find AI Suggestions built right into Respondent’s project creation process:

- Start a new project: Begin your Respondent project.
- Add a project title: Type your project title, move onto the next stage, and AI-generated title options will appear.
- Add a project description: Use AI Suggestions to create a concise, engaging project overview.
- Complete your project & publish: Release your AI Suggestions into the wild! Then watch the qualified participants roll in.

Use your first AI-generated title and description as you set up your next recruitment project on Respondent.
